While every individual is unique, many people who participate in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program enjoy the benefits of decreased pain, improved overall health, increased flexibility and range of motion, increased energy, better and more relaxed sleep as well as an improved outlook.
While the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a fun, safe way for people with arthritis to stay fit, it should not replace treatment prescribed by a doctor or physical therapist.
