Now entering its fourth year, these sponsored, non-branded presentations continue to empower industry partners to share their expertise and present the latest research to PRS attendees in an intimate, seminar-style setting. Your company will receive focused visibility and recognition for its contributions to rheumatology from an audience of specialists.
The Day of Sponsored Education takes place on Friday afternoon, just before the official opening of the PRS Annual Scientific Meeting. This schedule is designed to foster meaningful dialogue and dynamic interaction between presenters and participants.
Presenters will address both emerging leaders in rheumatology—our Fellows in Training—as well as accomplished, seasoned professionals.
There are four available sponsored presentation slots. The program opens with a sponsored lunch presentation, followed by three additional sponsored sessions.
Acceptance of talks is contingent upon submission of an RFP and successful content review. All presentations must remain strictly non-branded. Presenters may be asked to make revisions in order to meet PRS content standards.
Each presentation sponsor may display materials on a table inside the presentation room during their scheduled session; however, no additional branding is permitted.
Demand for these sessions has grown significantly. The RFP process is now highly competitive, and presentations will be awarded in the order that payments are received.
Important: Submission of an RFP does not guarantee a speaking slot. Eligibility requires both registration for the meeting and the purchase of a speaking engagement.

Friday Lunch & Learn Presentation: $7,500
Friday Sponsored 1-Hour Presentation: $5,000

Terms:
- Companies have 10 business days from the time of registration to submit their RFP, or the opportunity will open to others.
- For accepted Sponsored Presentations, PRS will send out provided marketing materials to members. Your company logo/name will be on signage and featured in the onsite program distributed to all meeting attendees.
- PRS will provide a laptop, podium microphone, projector and screen in the meeting room.
- Sponsors are responsible for any costs or fees associated with their presentation. The sponsor of the Opening Presentation will work directly with venue staff on food and beverage arrangements.
- Each presentation sponsor will be allowed to display materials on a table in the room during their presentation.
